Product Description
The BiPAP ST machine provides spontaneous/timed bilevel ventilatory support for patients with respiratory insufficiency, severe COPD exacerbations, hypoventilation syndromes, or post-surgery weaning from invasive ventilation. Two independent pressure settings — IPAP and EPAP — allow precise therapeutic customisation.
The ST (Spontaneous/Timed) mode ensures a mandatory backup rate, providing breaths when the patient's own respiratory effort falls below the set threshold. This critical safety feature makes the BiPAP ST suitable for patients with inconsistent or weakened respiratory drive.
The large colour touchscreen displays real-time tidal volume, respiratory rate, and leak data. Remote monitoring and alarm notification capabilities allow healthcare providers to review patient data without a home visit.
